The children now have their law

The new Law of Integral Protection of Children, Girls and Teenagers has came out in Argentina, this law respects the child as "subject" of right and not as "object" of right.
This new law starts a whole welfare device, taken forward in cooperation with the municipalities, who will be the managers of starting all the necessary resources to attend the children inside your family. The law expressly says that " … the political organisms of public protection of the rights of the Child will be the managers in solving the necessary social questions … "
Hereby we are in conditions to say that this law opens a historical advance that gives new perspectives for more than 10.000 children in the whole country.
In the cases of familiar extreme violence and where the child don't have extensive family nor adoptive, the children must be sheltered in a children house, like our Foundation has been doing historically.
Mr Jorge Pizarro, holder of Unicef Argentina says that this new law, will benefit to the 35 per cent of the population, that is to say all the 18-year-old minors who today are exposed to the old Law.

Say NO to the violence, let's clutch a guitar.

For two years, and for invitation of the "Dr. Juan Paul Cafiero", we take forward a program of the Department of Human Development of the Province named "Project Teenager", under the name " I DELIVER YOU MY MUSIC I GIVE YOU MY HEART ".
This program consisted in the artistically and musically formation of our assisted young children, today, instead of weep for their hard infancy, there are musical instruments in their hands and happiness in their heart, serving as a live example to other young children of equal condition. Now they present with their art in hospitals, and other places where they could take their testimony and their happiness too.
Thanks to the Minister of Human Development, Mr Jorge Varela, today we continue with this project and soon we will make it extensive to children in social risk.
We need sponsors in order to advance massively in our offer and a vehicle for the movement of the Band and his equipments up to the places of presentation.The wonderful thing of this is the solidary machinery that is started.Please, add to this project.

The term Carrefour means in "French " crossing way" and this is what has happened thanks to the solidarity of Marcelo Helmich and Diego Ferrari. Thank you from the deep of my heart for the donations of toys, mattresses and other things because of the day of the child in Argentina. It is our desire that our ways continue crossed to be able to continue doing honor to the word SOLIDARITY.

The members of the band are: Pachi Aguirre of 16 years in voice and guitar, 18-year-old Antonio Martucci is the guitar leader, 18-year-old Ramon Martucci in choirs, 14-year-old Matías Ruiz acoustic guitar, 15-year-old Marula Maldonado in keyboard and choirs, 16-year-old Javito Navarrete in battery and Pony Linares of 13 years in keyboards and choir.

Presidential visit

Though our Foundation does not have political factions, it is of emphasizing the labor of the President Kirchner in favor of the childhood. We are grateful for Mr. President and his speech in recognition of our effort and labor. Together it's better!!!

Seminars on Social Tourism

The licentiate Tony Peró, our Foundation and the patronage of the Tourism Secretariat of The Nation, is taking forward Seminars on " The Social Tourism and its impact ".These seminars are directed to all those persons related to the tourist sector that want to incorporate basic skills on this discipline that forms a part of the solidary revolution.
